1953 Jaguar XK120: SOLD

This stunning Jaguar XK120 was purchased new in San Francisco in 1953.

It enjoyed one-owner until 1955 when it was traded in at Tunnel Lincoln Mercury located in Oakland, California in 1955. The second owner, Alfred Trimmer, had the vehicle until 2005. It was then purchased by a dealer in the Midwest and sold to its third owner back here in the Bay Area almost immediately.

When the soon-to-be 3rd owner had the car inspected they were amazed that there was no rust anywhere, ever! The body was free of filler as well. This was all confirmed when it was later stripped to bare metal to be repainted. This owner recently completed a beautiful frame-on restoration of this rare and incredibly well-preserved classic car.

It is believed that the 74K+ miles showing are the actual miles.

All components are numbers matching with exception to the head, which has been replaced.
